Description: Our Keuka Style curved cable railing system made with steel posts and a wide aluminum top rail, powder-coated black, to complement the black steel exterior channel, beams, and trim color. The curved railing system is perfect for this home with contoured roof lines. The cable is 316 stainless steel, and the fittings are our Keuka Cable sleek design.
Located in Clear Creek, one of Tahoe’s most exciting mountain communities is a private home development and club surrounded by 6 million acres of national forest. This contemporary home boasts distinctive curved rooflines with a striking design, an open floor plan with dramatic mountain views from every window. Large window walls allow for an easy transition from interior to exterior spaces. Great for entertaining or just relaxing and enjoying the vast mountain views. Because the main objective of the deck railing design was to maintain the stunning mountain views, cable railings were a natural choice. Not just any cable railing but a Keuka cable railing with its gracious curves that helps accentuate the contoured rooflines. We worked with the architects at Kelly and Stone to customize our Keuka Style curved railing system for their deck. The deck incorporated stone pillars and black steel fascia. The posts were made to be side mounted to the deck’s steel fascia and complement the exposed structural steel. Fascia mounting the railing system has the advantage of giving the deck a clean uninterrupted surface. The railing posts and top rail were powder coated black to match the accent color of the home’s beams, channel structure, and trim. We believe the Keuka style curved cable railing design was the perfect choice for this home’s architectural style.
