Material and Finish: The railing style chosen for this project is our signature curved Keuka style. The posts are made of solid steel that are powder coated in a custom black color, paired with our black cables and fittings.
Description: This residential project features an expansive deck with a variety of spaces with curved and straight decks. The railing is our curved Keuka Style cable railing system, made to be fascia mounted with a wood top rail and black cable and fittings.
Cable Railing System
Since this home boasts an expansive deck with several floor-to-ceiling windows for enjoying the outdoor views, the homeowner’s objective was to choose a railing system that would complement the home and not detract from the views. Therefore, they chose our curved Keuka Style cable railing system with black cables and fittings. When looking through cable railings the cables seem to disappear resulting in maximizing the views with minimal interference. Keuka Studios designed and crafted the Keuka Style cable railing system to be fascia mounted wrapping the expansive deck and easily transitioning along both the curved and straight runs. The gentle curving lines of the Keuka Style railing perfectly complement the rounded shapes used on the decks and other elements of the architecture of this home. This Artful combination of curved windows and stone arches and the curved Keuka railings results in a transitional style with a refined and balanced facade.
