Industrial Cable Railing Deck with Mountain View

This industrial style home overlooks a gorgeous, snow-capped mountain range in Durango, Colorado. Designed and built by Kogan Builders, this modern mountain home embraces its natural surroundings with wood accents, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a large deck with stunning views. The home features several industrial elements such as the timber beams, large exposed bolts, and rustic wood siding. To match this motif, the builders wanted to enclose the deck with a streamlined cable railing system. They chose our Chicago Style railing to do the job. The angular posts with open cutouts add a sleek, contemporary look to the backyard deck. Our team at Keuka Studios crafted the railing system with “Raven Black” powder-coated steel posts and a flat “Raven Black” powder-coated aluminum top rail. The railing is 36″ tall and features stainless steel 1/8″ thick cable infills.
