Material and Finish: The Ithaca-style railing system is custom-made to be fascia mounted on the deck and stairs. The railing posts and top rail are made of steel and powder-coated "Raven Texture Black". The cable and fittings are 316 ss.

Known as “Open House”, located on Conesus lake this home is named for its open floor plan design that is uniquely positioned on the property to maximize the southern sun and lake breezes. The architects at In. site: Architecture designed this unique dream home with a zig-zag layout and an abundance of windows and open walls. This approach maximizes the lake views while providing a variety of spaces including decks, courtyards, and rooftop decks to enjoy seamless indoor-outdoor living. The architecture of the house zig-zags along the narrow lot with modern angular lines allowing for the best use of space and access to the outdoors. Our Ithaca-style railing was chosen for this home for its slender lines and minimal appearance.
Cable Railing
Keuka Studios custom fabricated the cable railing system for the exterior of this home. This railing is the “Ithaca Style” with a welded steel top rail, made to be fascia mounted to the deck and stairs. This railing system has slim posts that optimize the lake views while complementing the clean lines of the home.
